How Billionaires Think
All we have in life is our mind and who can use his/her mind properly will never suffer hunger. One of the reason why I hate being an employee is that, instead of giving you the environment to think like a billionaire, employments keeps you thinking like an average guy or even a poor person. Once I started associating myself with positive minded people I regularly started receiving positive text messages and emails from them. One of the emails I received has a headline titled “how billionaires think”. The emails goes like; If your boss paid you 600,000 every month and you saved all that money without touching even a single coin, you would need to work for 36 months or 3 years to get 21 million. But if you convinced an organization like the UN to give you a printing job for only 5,000 umbrellas and you made 4,000 per each umbrella, that would be 5,000*2,000=20,000,000 in only one day.
It becomes crazy if you want to become a billionaire
The lesson learned this email is that, if you want to be rich you have to stop dealing with Bosses because in my point of view, with that you will never be rich beyond your wildest dreams. So if you want to be real super rich start dealing with customers or clients not Bosses. It becomes crazy if you want to become a billionaire, let say your boss pays you 1M per month and you saved all that money again without touching even a single coin. This means that in a year would only have 12million.In other words, it would need you to work for 84 years to get 1 billion (now, think about your age “how old are you?”). This is why I hate being an employee and why I became an entrepreneur. Whichever way you may want to use to make your 1 Billion, my question to you is, who do you want to be dealing with (customers or clients not Bosses)?
Complaining Gets You Nowhere
One of the reasons why most people don’t start their own businesses is because they complain about the external environments not being right to them. They complain about their employers, bosses, supervisors, fathers, mothers, uncles, aunties and other relatives not helping them start their own business. The Good news is that, to these type of people, complaining is the only action they can do it successfully. The bad news is that, complaining gets you nowhere.
You will always experience difficulties, hardships, and failures
Previously I said who you are, is more important than what you for a living. The reason why most people are not successful in their life is because, they complain about the external environments not being right to them. They complain about other people not helping them which it should be the other way around. Most people complain because, they allow their mistakes define who they are in life. And the problem with allowing your mistakes define who you are is that, in life you will always experience difficulties, hardships, and failures.
The big secret behind Entrepreneur Elon Musk
Whenever I teach people how to stop complaining I always tell my students to be like Elon Musk! When they ask me why, I say that, Elon wanted a new payment method on the internet and so he created pay pal. He wanted an innovative electronic car and so he founded Tesla motors. He then wanted to give people the chance to go space and so he created space X. if you look too close to what Elon Musk does, you will discover that, he is not complaining about how the world is but rather he changes it. This is also why I recommend, you to make a very conscious decision to never waste time complaining. Instead, collect yourself, take adequate time to fully understand what you are complaining about, and pick apart how you’re going to avoid the same situation in the future or just like Elon Musk do something to eliminate the cause of your complaints. And If you’re serious about stop complaining, here are some realistic tips for you.
1. Start By Defining What A Complaint Is. …
2. Track How Often You Complain And What About. …
3. Separate Yourself From Chronic Complainers. …
4. Turn Complaints Into Solutions. …
5. Use The “But-Positive” Technique. …
6. Change “Have To” To “Get To”
After that, it’s time to move on and tackle your next set of goals, otherwise you’ll allow your mistakes to define you.
Believe in Yourself.
In the end, your success as an entrepreneur will be defined–more than anything else–by how much you believe in yourself and your ability to prevail over all obstacles you’ll inevitably face. Don’t allow the excuses of lacking an Ivy League education, having inadequate financial resources, and repeated initial failures go on to define who you are. Know deep down that you’re going to be successful, commit yourself to making it happen, and nothing can stop you.
